Valentine's Day Pamper Evening~!

Hey Guys~!

For Valentine's Day, you don't have to have someone to be happy. Today I'll be sharing my pamper evening that I do when I need a boost of self esteem, or when I'm enjoying another Valentine's Day when I'm single 。:゚(。ノω\。)゚・。 But don't worry, pampering yourself will really brighten your mood and I guarantee you'll enjoy loving yourself °˖ ✧◝(○ ヮ ○)◜✧˖ ° So let's start~~!
imageimage
When I'm having a pamper evening, first thing I like to do is take a bath or a shower. Before I do anything, I like to remove my makeup and to do that I use these makeup wipes from Simple. If you do wear makeup, it's really important to remove it before taking a bath or shower because the makeup on your face + steam from the hot water = clogged pores / ACNE~!!

Now that my face in clean and in my shower, I'm just a shower person, I first wash my hair. For shampoo I use the LaCoupe Volume Amplify Shampoo. This stuff smells like a fruit smoothie, and I just lather it up in my hair and rinse it out with warm water. Then I use my favorite conditioner ever. It's from Kiehl's Amino Acid Conditioner. It has both coconut and jojoba oils, which moisturizes my hair. I use it on my ends and then tie my hair up into a bun so my hair absorbs all the nutrients.

While my hair is chilling up on my head, I work on my skin. For washing my body, I've been using the h2o+ Shower Gel in Raspberry Guava. I like fruity scents, and this smells amazing. I got this huge bottle last year and I'm almost done with it.

For my face, I've been using this face wash from Clean and Clear. It smells really nice and my skin has been looking better lately.

After taking care of my skin, I rise out my conditioner using cold water, which makes my hair even smoother. Then I dry off and I brush out my hair using my Wet Brush. This is the mini size, but it works really great a untangling hair without pulling out all your hair. As a treatment, I spray in a leave in conditioner. The one I use is It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Product. After it sets in, I like to braid my hair, so it's nice and curly when it dries.

I love taking care of my skin, and when I have a pamper evening I really like to treat it. I will use a face mask, and there are tones of different ones you can choose from. This time I decided to use my Freeman's Sea Mineral Face Mask. It's a bright teal color, and I love how crazy I look with it on my face ヾ(*・ω・)ノ I leave it on my face for about ten to fifteen minutes and during that I will paint my nails.

When I paint my nails, I like to start with a hand cream. Next I use a base coat and the polish I'm using is one of my favorites and it's Sally Hansen's Pat on the Black. This is one of the only dark polishes I will ever wear and it lasts a really long time on the nails.

I make sure my nails are dry before washing off my face mask and I then tone my skin. My favorite toner is the Tea Tree Water from Lush and I just spray it on my skin and let it soak up. It leaves my skin feeling cool and refreshed.

Now that I'm all clean and pampered, I like to either watch something, movie, TV show, or an anime, or play a video game. Currently I've been obsessed with both Pokemon X and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, I'm on a Pokemon game kick. For TV shows, I've been watching AMC's The Walking Dead and for anime I've been watching the second season of Kamisama Kiss. But really do whatever you like, you're pampering yourself.

So that was my Valentine's Day Pamper Evening~!! Also you could get a bunch of your friends together and you can have a little spa night/movie night sort of like the one I described for you guys. If you enjoyed this, let me know in the comments below. Thank you guys so much for reading and I'll see you at my next post.

Valentine's Day Manicure~!

Hey Guys~!

Valentines Day is about a week away, and like a majority of the world, I'm going to enjoy single awareness day, S.A.D. for short. I've missed doing nail art tutorials, so today I decided to this really cute and colorful heart manicure. It's super easy to do, and you really can personalize it however you like. So let's start~~!

You Will Need . . .
Nail Polish(es) of Your Choice
Clear Nail Polish
White Nail Polish
Rhinestones
Dotting Tool / Toothpick

Step #1: Apply a clear nail polish as a base coat to protect and strengthen your natural nails. Now take which ever nail polishes you want to use and apply 2-3 coats so it's opaque. The colors I used are OPI's Gargantuan Green Grape, OPI's You're Such a Budapest, and Revlon's Strawberry Cream.

Step #2: Now I'll be applying the studs. These have glue on the back, but I do like to stick them on with clear nail polish. Using a toothpick, pick up the stud and place it at the top of the nail on whichever nails you like. I put studs on my pinky and middle finger nails.
Step #3: Lastly is the hearts. Basically all you do is make two little dots next to each other and then drag the end together to make a heart. You can do different sizes, I just did small ones on my pointer and ring finger nails. Wait for that to dry and then apply a clear polish to seal in the design and add a nice shine~!!

And now we're finished~!! I hope you guys really enjoy this tutorial. If you try it out, let me know in the comments and share it with me at my social media, linked down below. Thank you guys so much for reading and I'll see you at my next post.

January Favorites 2015~!

Hey Guys~!

This is my first favorites post of 2015, meaning that it's February~! Right now there is so much snow where I live and I can't stand mounds of snow that I have to hike to school.  I wish I was still in Florida where it's warm and sunny .・゜゜・(/。\)・゜゜・. Anyways it's time for my monthly favorites. I haven't tried a lot of new products this month, so makeup wise there aren't too many favorites. So let's start~~!

Makeup

Pürminerals 4-in-1 Foundation: I haven't been into wearing liquid foundation this past month, so I've been wearing this powder foundation everyday. It's broken and there's barely any left, so I need to get a new one soon.
Too Faced Matte Eye Palette: Everyday I've worn eyeshadow this month, I have used at least one shadow from this palette. Also I've been using the darker colors in the palette to do winged eyeliner. I have really enjoyed doing this, and it lasts all day without smudging or anything.
Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Coralberry: I'm literally obsessed with this lipstick. It's a warm toned coral and I really like how it looks with my skin. I wear it with any eye look really, and it applies really nice and smooth.

Nail Polish

Wet n' Wild in I Need a Refresh-Mint: I love the color of this polish. It's a minty teal color and I normally wear this kind of color in the spring, but I miss warm weather so I'm hoping maybe that wearing this will bring spring here sooner.
O.P.I. in In the Spot-Light Pink: This polish is really sheer, but if you build it up it becomes a really pretty pale pink. It looks really natural and is great for a french manicure.

Skin Care

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser: My skin has gotten dry from the cold, so I've wanted a gentle cleanser that wouldn't further irritate my skin. This one has been working greatly for me. It's fragrance free and has no harsh chemicals.

Anime/Manga

Fairy Tail: I've been watching the anime and reading the manga this past month. I do like the anime, but the current arc isn't too interesting, in my opinion, but the manga arc that just finished was perfect. I won't spoil anything, but the ending made me so happy and so sad at the same time. Also my favorite couple is totally becoming a thing now~!!

Kamisama Kiss: I started this anime sometime last year and I just recently finished it, not cause it was bad, but rather I had other shows that I wanted to watch. I watched the English Dub, which is perfect~!! And also the second season just started, so I'm looking forward to that too.

So that was my monthly favorites for the month of January. Again, sorry for lack of posts this month, I had exams and projects due like every week. But now it's February and I'm free~! Please let me know about some of your favorites in the comments below. Thank you guys so much for reading and I'll see you at my next post.
